Questions about the white shipping box

What is the difference between single and double wall?

Single wall is one layer of fluting and suits most products. Double wall adds a second layer for heavy or fragile items.

What is the difference between E-flute and B-flute?

E-flute is thin (about 1.5 mm) and prints well. B-flute is thicker (about 3 mm) and protects better. Most mailers use E-flute. Heavier or fragile items may need B-flute or a double wall.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure the packed product, add padding, and check the result against your carrier limits. The postage checker on this page tests your size for common UK and US bands.

Can I print inside the lid?

Yes. Inside print is one of the most popular upgrades. It turns the unboxing into a branded moment.
